Paroxysms of Frustration- early sculptures of a late teen.

Time to upload some art porjects:

(Think around this time it was the gothic that i was high on. I was DEFINATELY reading Bram Stoker and Mary Shelley; Still drew inspiration from Shakespears Hamlet "Something is rotten in Denmark," - Marcellus.
AND
AND
AND the film TITUS of Shakespears Titus Andronicus.)

Decay. I start backwards as the sculpture for this project far out wieghs some of the paintings.
This Sculpture:Part of the project on decay.fear of failure.rotting mind.rotting ambition.....all the turmoils an artist stuggles with!

Dimensions Approximately: Height 150cm x Width 150cm
Installation/Sculpture
Plaster, expanding foam, armchair, black and green paint.

Paroxysms of Frustration

So other stuff for this project: sketching playing with the idea of decaying religion.

and some ghastly painting that for some reason the tutors seemed to like so maybe someone else out there like it too... (it looks terrifying hung in my parents dinning room)
